Laetitia has completely changed the way I see exercising. I used to drag myself to the gym and wonder around unsure what to do for 1h30. Her challenge completely changed my habits. Frequently Asked Question
The program goes through 4 phases of 3 weeks for a total of 12 weeks. Each phase includes 3 different workouts to be performed each week, so that's 3 workouts per week. The program is progressive, starts with basic moves to make sure you adopt the right posture and engage the right muscles. As you evolve through the program, the workouts get more challenging with the use of weights/dumbbells but as you get stronger it is doable. I have coached around 100women and created it with them in mind to make sure it’s adapted to most of you. The workouts last 20 and 30 min to make sure it fits your busy schedule.
The workouts are pre-recorded and accessible via an app so you can do them at the time of your choice. Whether you are an early bird or prefer to workout at night you are all sorted.
No need for a gym membership, I don’t even have one. I workout from home and have imagined those workouts doable from your living room, your garden, your bedroom… All you will need are 2 or 3 pairs of dumbbells. I suggest you start with 2 pairs (like 3kgs one and 5kgs one) and if you feel the need to be more challenged throughout the program you can always go higher.
The program doesn’t include a meal plan because I don’t believe in them giving you the knowledge that you need to make this a lifestyle once you get off of it. You will get lots of education on nutrition, healthy eating, recipe ideas to understand what are Macronutrients, how many you need, where to find them so that you can create the nutrition that works for you.
This is a group coaching program, and while I'll be there all along the way with you it's not a 1on1 coaching package. I will be available via message through the app and will be doing many calls/Live on the group to address any questions. If you sign up before the 31st of December you will get as a bonus 2 x 30 min calls with me to nail down your objectives and smash those goals of yours.
First of all you should focus on fat loss rather than weight loss. Fat loss is not something linear nor something you can target (for example you can't specifically decide or precisely do something to lose fat from your belly). It's also very dependent on how consistent you are with your efforts (fitness and nutrition). I would never promise to any client a certain amount of weight loss but I can tell you that all my clients who followed the plan and were serious about it saw great results. So the question is : how committed to reaching your goals are you?
